The Daulton Collection

magnificent impression of this rare print, with small margins.

Condition: a small tear in the right margin; residues of adhesive paper tape on the reverse; otherwise in excellent condition.

Even death, personified by a skeleton wrapped in a shroud, shies away in fear from the X-rays, while the young woman being examined is stretched out calmly on the couch. The rays that Saliger makes visible are in the center of the picture.
