"Little is known about the graphic artist [Otto A. Lehmann] who worked in Munich. We know that in September, 1917, he exhibited alongside Paul Klee, Konrad Felixmüller, Egon Schiele, and Franz Sedlacek in the Galerie Neue Kunst of Hans Goltz in Munich. In addition, in Simplicissimus, issue 3, from 1914/15, there is an illustration with the title "Angst", which clearly shows how the artist was able to effectively translate emotions into drawings. The close relationship to the fantastic and visionary in Alfred Kubin's work is obvious." IFA (English translation by Jack Daulton)
