In 1908, Charles Webster Leadbeater's theosophical text Man Visible and Invisible, Examples of Different Types of Men as Seen by Means of Trained Clairvoyance, was published in German as Der sichtbare und der unsichtbare Menschen, with Fidus's cover illustration. The original English edition was published in 1902 by the Theosophical Publishing Society, London.
